Ask me to check a sailing for you. I help with the planning and the booking, and I stay available while you travel, so the help is calm and clear before you go.

If you want a calm, grown up cruise, you are in the right place, whether you are 48 or 78. I can book any age and any cruise. A lot of the travelers I help in their 40s and 50s are booking for their parents, or for an anniversary, or just because they want a calm trip for themselves.

Why cruises after 55

Here is what I love about cruises for the travelers I help. They are cut and dry. You unpack once. You wake up in a new town most mornings. Meals, a tour in every port on Viking river cruises, and time on deck are part of the trip. Viking is adults only, with no guests under 18, and no casino. That quiet, grown up pace is the point for many travelers in their 60s and 70s, and it is why I point so many people this way.

When I help someone choose, this is the first fork in the road. River cruises are small ships, about 100 to 200 guests. Ocean cruises are much larger, with thousands of guests and more places to eat and more to do onboard. Both can be right. What I look for is how you like to travel, how much walking you want, and how much choice you want each day.

About this site

I built this site the way I work with travelers. Each guide answers one question, in plain words, and I tell you the limits honestly. If a fact is not settled, I say so. If a cabin or a sailing needs to be checked for you, I check it for you, just ask.
